Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
