How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Charlotte Russe ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
